Do you know you can take Nia class from home when you join our private Facebook group HTX Nia Class? That’s right! Yvonne and Sarah’s Tuesday classes are streamed virtually on Facebook and available for replay when you can’t be with us in the studio. All you need is to join our private Facebook group HTX Nia Class.

We offer the classes on a pay-what-you-can basis. For added flexibility, the classes generally remain available for replay for two to three days.

But there’s more than just classes going on in the group! Hop in to feel connected to our community of dancers! We offer reminders, tips and inspiration for living in joy too, as well as last-minute changes to studio classes.
