Keep your heart light and feet grounded during the holidays when you purchase and use our 5-class Black Friday pass for only $70. That’s a 30% discount off our regular drop-in rate!

Limited time only! This sale will run from Friday, Nov. 25, to Thursday, Dec. 1.

Use your Black Friday class pass as early as Friday, Nov. 25 , and right up to January 1, 2023, when it expires.  That’s right — you’ll have 14 opportunities to squeeze in FIVE Nia sessions to nourish and nurture body, mind, spirit and emotions in our loving community.
