Wishing you a Happy Spring!

What a beautiful start to the spring season here in Houston! We are wishing everyone a happy spring equinox filled with health and rejuvenation.

Here are some handy tips from our friend, and NiaMoves Yoga instructor, Jessica of Chandra Yoga.

1. Declutter a space in your home or your car.

2. Do a deep clean of your house.

3. Revisit the intentions you set for the year.

4. Make new intentions for the Spring.

5. Get outdoors and connect with nature and yourself.

6. Drink plenty of water.

7. Eat lots of fruits and veggies.

8. Let the sun shine into your home.

9. Weed or prune your garden.

10. Sow new seeds, physically or metaphorically.

11. Remind yourself that during the growing season there is a struggle (the seed struggles to break through the soil and we struggle to break through old habits, learn new ways and/or heal). This struggle makes the seed/us stronger, healthier and more grounded and it is worth it to see the beautiful blossoming.
