What’s the perfect way to move through the demands of the holidays? Move your body, your way with Nia! We will host classes from the shortest day of the year (Dec. 21) to the final day of 2023 (Dec. 31). Bring a friend or family member and pump up your positivity and holiday cheer with a little dance!
