Happy Birthday HNC!

Can you believe it has already been ONE year since we launched the Houston Nia Collective?! When our kick-off jam was hosted last year, the energy and love we felt served as a great reminder of what a wonderful and vibrant community we get to participate in! 

Little did we know what lay in our near future. It is safe to say, all of us have experienced change and uncertainty in the past year, and we were shown that it was more important than ever to nurture our health and our connections. After all the planning for a new format of offering classes in-studio, it was a shock to the system to push it to the side and figure out how to continue dancing with you virtually. The most important thing to us though was to find a way to continue offering classes and to support you in the best way we know how: Through Movement and Dancing! While the format is different, we love that we can still experience the Joy of Movement with you!

We’re so ready and excited to bring on Year TWO, and we know it will be great when we do it 2Gether!
